Mountain Adventure for the whole Family Brixen
im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Kelchsau, Scheffau, Söll
and Westendorf, Angath, Angerberg, Kirchbichl, Mariastein and Wörgl
– these are the 14 villages that make up the BergWelt Wilder Kaiser
– Brixental and turn nature into a special holiday delight for the
whole family. Here, unparalleled mountain adventures await both young and
old. At HEXENWASSER (Witch Waters) in Hochsöll, a 450 m long water
discovery trail and a barefoot path entertain kids with all sorts of fun
and games. The KAISERWELT in Scheffau is an adventure playground with climbing
and skill stops. Fun and thirst for adventure is the name of the game at
ALPINOLINO, the alpine discovery park in Westendorf. And nature hosts an
impressive event at the FILZALMSEE lake at Hochbrixen too.
In the BergWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental kids get to holiday like
never before. Forget the stress of school and ride the waves to holiday
heaven. The “Wave” in Wörgl guarantees the ultimate in
fun and action: With the “formula 1 racing slide”, tyre and
tunnel slide, wave pool, lagoon and port basin with pirate ship, there
won’t be a dry swim suit in the house! The Kaiserbad in Ellmau is
an indoor and outdoor pool classic. Here too, 3 slides, a jet channel,
power shower and pond with jump tower provide plenty of wet and wild adventures.
The grown ups, on the other hand, can perk themselves up in a more gentle
fashion at the relax centre with a saunarium, hot whirl pools, Kneipp pools,
steam showers, solarium, or in a Grander water pool.
A splashing good time for all ages is also assured at the Salvenaland
at Hopfgarten/Kelchsau.
A well set out bathing lake, a heated swimming pool, a large children’s
playground with 300m long summer toboggan run, fun park and volleyball
beach leave no time for a dry holiday. Then the Panoramabad in Söll,
with its adventure pools, water slides, spray bollards, island with climbing
net, bubble beds, floor sprays and waterfall, is never a wash out. Nature
lovers should get along to the bathing lake in Going, which was voted Tyrol’s
most beautiful bathing lake and has been extended to include a leisure
complex. The unique adventure park for kids with Tyrol’s longest
outdoor water slide (100m), tunnels, water play areas, a newly designed
children’s playground and shoreline, provides lots of soaking action.
